How long will it take for my order to arrive?
You can expect your order to arrive within 5-12 business days. We ship Mon, Wed and Fri and will have your order packaged and shipped within 3 days of receiving your order/payment. Bars and Stools are a different story. Because the Bars are built to order, expect a bit longer delivery time. We'll have your Bar built and packaged within 3 weeks of receiving your order/payment. You can expect your Bar to arrive 4-6 weeks after you place your order. Tiki Stools will be carved, packaged and shipped within 4 - 5 weeks of receiving your order. If you live in Southern California, we'll deliver (to certain areas), just contact us for details before placing your order.

We do not offer Will Call, although we will make an exception for Bars, Stools and Poles. Contact us for details before placing your order.

Do you have a Store where I can come in and see all your cool stuff?
Not at the moment, we are currently only on the internet. When we get the store up and running, we'll let everyone know.

The item I want is sold out, will I be able to get that item?
Yep, if we do sell out of an item, we'll update the web site to let you know when we'll have more. Keep in mind, more often than not we'll only have a quantity of one for vintage items.

What if I want a Custom Bar?
We can absolutely accomodate. If there is a color scheme you'd like or you're interested in a different type of fabric that isn't currently offered, let us know. We'd be happy to give suggestions and samples of different fabrics, colors, etc.

Where do you ship to?
If you place your order online we ship to the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and Puerto Rico. There will be an additional charge of $10 added to your order at the time your order is processed if we are shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada and Puerto Rico. If you are an International Customer (other than Canada) the freight cost chart does not apply, please contact us for a shipping quote. International customers are responsible for all duties and taxes. BarTiki will not be responsible for any additional charges.

What if my order arrives damaged?
You have three (3) days after your order arrives to report any damages to BarTiki. No refunds or exchanges will be given after three days of your order arriving. Please email pictures of the damaged product and packaging and a full description of the damage to info@bartiki.com. BarTiki will evaluate the information and and have a decision within 14 days of the email.

How are your products shipped and what will it cost?
We use Fed Ex Ground(insured) for all shipments (excluding Tiki Poles and Bars). The cost of shipping will depend on your total order value (see chart below). The shipping / handling for Bars is usually around $160. Bars will ship in 2 boxes and will require minimal assembly (contact us for details). The cost of shipping for Stools is $85 each.
